Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the tk8 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any other feature or content accessible through tk8 (collectively, the "Service"). The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). Access to or use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

tk8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility Requirements

The Service is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. tk8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk8 is strictly an adult platform and no exceptions are made to this age requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts or other legal entities are not eligible to register as players.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. Any intentional misrepresentation constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You may hold only one account on tk8. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of tk8 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.

Account Registration

To access the Service you must complete the registration process and create a player account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts on tk8:

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must maintain a current, valid email address and mobile number on your account. These are used for security notifications, KYC verification and account recovery.
• tk8 will never ask for your account password via email, live chat or telephone. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and notify support immediately.
• Accounts that have been dormant for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee. Players will receive notification before any fee is applied.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

tk8 is not a banking institution. Funds held in your tk8 wallet are not protected by any national deposit insurance scheme and do not accrue interest. The wallet is a gaming account balance only and should not be used as a substitute for a bank account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk8 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. tk8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Deposits are credited to your tk8 wallet in real time in most cases. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise verified by the support team. Withdrawals to a different method require additional verification.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. tk8 may request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership.
• tk8 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse. In such cases, the support team will contact you to resolve the matter.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and applies to all real-money deposits regardless of bonus status.

tk8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits originating from another person's bKash, Nagad or bank account will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

Bonuses and Promotions

tk8 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms apply.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g. 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games and crash games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the bonus terms associated with each promotion.
• tk8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to reduce variance during playthrough, or colluding with other players.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, traded, or shared with another player. Bonuses are issued in BDT and their value will not be adjusted due to currency fluctuations.
• Bonus offers are time-limited. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion, the bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.

tk8 may at its sole discretion offer personalised promotions to specific players based on their account activity. These personalised offers are non-transferable and their terms are communicated directly to the qualifying player. Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive personalised bonus offers.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk8 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Service in a manner not sanctioned by tk8.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity, a false identity, or the identity of another person.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, using payment methods that do not belong to you, or attempting to launder money through the platform.
• Colluding with other players or employees of tk8 to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a manner that results in an unintended financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or offensive communication directed at tk8 staff, other players, or live dealers via any communication channel on or related to the platform.

Responsible Gaming

tk8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated by contacting support at [email protected]:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap on your account. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: set a maximum continuous play duration after which your session will be automatically ended and you will be required to log back in to continue.
• Time-out: take a break from the platform for a fixed period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, login access is suspended and no marketing will be sent to you.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion you must not attempt to register a new account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of tk8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of tk8.

The tk8 brand name, logo and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of tk8. Unauthorised use of any tk8 trademark, trade name, service mark or logo in connection with any product or service that is not offered by tk8 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failures or the cost of substitute services, even if tk8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tk8 makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In particular, tk8 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or device-level failures that prevent access to the Service.

Account Suspension and Termination

tk8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the support team following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargebacks, or other financial misconduct associated with the account.
• A player's voluntary request to self-exclude or close their account, which tk8 will honour promptly upon receipt of a written request to [email protected].

Amendments to These Terms

tk8 may revise these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revision, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and close your account.

Notification of material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. It remains each player's responsibility to keep their registered email address current and to review communications received from tk8 in a timely manner.
